In 2018, Doug proudly welcomed his son, Lee, to the company full-time after Lee earned his Construction Management degree from WKU. Lee quickly became a pivotal contributor, and in 2025, he became a part-owner, bringing a fresh perspective that complements Amlung Construction’s established legacy of quality and trust. Doug is married and a proud father of two sons.
